Delivery Time

The delivery time is normally 48 hours after receipt of payment. Wolffloorz strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but cannot be held liable for delays.

After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email (also check your spam folder). Once we have processed your order, it will be scheduled for transport.

If the order is completely in stock and the delivery date is known, you will receive a message from us (by phone, app or email) with the delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Explanation

• Base rate: €89.99 excl. VAT for deliveries up to 100 km
• Additional price: €34.99 excl. VAT per additional 100 km block started (one way)
• Distance calculation: the distance is calculated from our warehouse to the delivery address
• For other countries, please contact us for a quote.

Receipt of Delivery

• Orders are delivered with a delivery van or trailer.
• The mats are unloaded at a location accessible to these vehicles.
• The driver may ask you to sign for receipt or take a photo of the delivery. This serves as confirmation of correct delivery and quantities.
• Are you not present? Then the location chosen by the driver applies as the final unloading location.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse the delivery, we may terminate the agreement. In that case, the costs will be credited after deduction of the actual transport costs, plus €29.99 excl. VAT administrative costs.

Every order is delivered with a delivery note. Check this immediately upon receipt.
