Returns

Products can only be returned by consumers, provided they are returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Business customers do not have the right to return products.

A return request must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the order via info@wolffloorz.be, stating a valid reason for return. If the return is not reported in time, the order will not be eligible for a refund. After receiving your request, we will contact you within 7 working days with further instructions.

The cost of return shipping via our service is €89.99 excl. VAT. If you choose to return the products yourself, no additional costs will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be in original and undamaged condition
• The original packaging must be intact
• The product must not have been used

Return Procedure

1. Report your return within 14 days of receipt via info@wolffloorz.be
2. State your order number and the reason for return
3. After approval, you will receive the shipping address
4. Send the product back within 14 days after approval

Refund

After receipt and approval of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. The shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (€89.99 excl. VAT).

Exceptions

Custom-made products and products that have been specially produced to order are not eligible for return.
