Returns
Products can only be returned by consumers, provided they are returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. For business customers, there are no return options. If you do not report your order within 14 days of receipt via info@wolffloorz.be, you are not eligible for a refund. We will contact you within 7 business days regarding the return shipment. Return costs will be charged (€89.99 excl. VAT). If you return the products yourself, no costs will be charged.
